I've had this happen twice now. The first time it took ages to find the answer. I was lucky this time, I found it quicker, but I'm adding a blog entry about it, so I KNOW where the answer is if it happens again.
LightSwitch uses SQL 2008, but I currently have to deploy to a SQL 2005 server.

Unfortunately my little trick to tame Windows Explorer no longer seems to work in Windows 8. But I did find another, if not more complicated way to achieve the same thing.
